The "sister" series to Ranma 1/2. They played at the same time and this show almost derailed Ranma 1/2. It never really got here to America. There is one box set by AnimEigo that I have, but no manga and such have made it. Definitely a great watch, and highly recommend even if you aren't into sports. It was written by Naoki Urasawa, the mangaka behind Monster and 20th Century Boys. xP
